No Warranties or Guarantees: Item weights, metal purities, and stone authenticities provided in descriptions are given by using our tester, and our scale, and are not guaranteed. Bidder Responsibility: Bidders are encouraged to attend the scheduled preview to personally inspect all items and make their own independent determination of authenticity, condition, weight, and value prior to bidding. All Sales Are Final: No refunds, returns, or adjustments will be issued after purchase. Discrepancies: Any concerns or claims regarding winning items must be brought directly to Oldham Auctions staff prior to leaving our office with your purchase. Once an item leaves the premises, no claims or disputes will be considered. Shipping Policy: Shipping is available upon request at the buyers expense. However, any winning bidder requesting shipping must make payment via wire transfer on or before the scheduled pick-up day before purchases will be mailed.
